Terms and Conditions Regarding Holidays generally outline policies for businesses, service providers, or organizations when it comes to the observance of holidays, including how they affect services, operations, and customer interactions. Here’s an overview of common terms and conditions related to holidays:
1. Tour Package Validity:All tour packages are valid for a minimum of two adults unless specified otherwise.
2. Hotel Category:The package includes accommodation in 3-star or similar category hotels, depending on availability and destination.
3. Room Arrangements:Rooms provided are on a double or twin-sharing basis with breakfast included, unless stated otherwise.
4. Transfers & Sightseeing:All major transfers and sightseeing tours are on a shared basis, using Seat-In-Coach (SIC) services unless a private transfer is specifically requested.
5. Peak Season Rates:Rates are not applicable during peak season dates such as New Year and Christmas (from 5th December to 10th January). During these periods, prices are dynamic and subject to surcharges.
6. Subject to Availability: All flights, hotels, and services are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
7. Local Taxes:Local government taxes, if applicable, are to be paid directly at the hotel during check-in.
8. Visa Fees:Visa fees are not included in the package price and must be borne by the customer.
9. Customisation:Packages can be customized as per requirements with applicable charges
10. Air Tickets:The above prices do not include Air Tickets. Same can be provided if required
